I would DEFINITELY recommend Jen to be your in-town real estate agent. I'm a fairly independent person so when it came to looking for a house I was inclined to go at it alone but I would not have my home, literally. Zillow is great at proactively sending emails about new homes but she was able to see my home before Zillow and booked the first viewing appointment and that was all the difference. She has all the patience in the world, answered all my questions, accommodated all of my search preferences, steered my where I needed steering and listened when I just needed to talk. Richard helped us find our first home in the fall of 2011. As first time buyers we had no clue what we were doing and Richard was so wonderfully helpful through out the entire process.
